For The Record : Guns Are Good

Is it legal to own a gun?

I want you to think about this, IS IT LEGAL TO OWN A GUN?

Yes, it is. But I am sure you will want some proof. I think the best proof you can get for this is in the Second Amendment in the Bill of Rights,

Second Amendment - A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS, shall not be infringed.

That should be enough proof that it is legal to own a gun. By the way did you see anything in there that said you can only own certain types of guns? I didn’t. Did you see anything in there that said you have to have a permit to have one? I didn’t. Did you see anything in there that said how old you have to be before you can own one? I didn’t.

The government sure has broken the Second Amendment. Think about it, read the Second Amendment above… Well, did you find the answer? Look at the last part in the Second Amendment. The Government seemed to have “skipped” that part!

It makes me so mad. I have the Right as an American citizen to have a machinegun if I so choose! But no, those guns including Many others are “not for us common people.”

I could of had a AK47 and a 45 (that is a pistol) when I was seven years old!

When people of a America don’t have guns to defend them selves, how easy will it be for our Government to take away our rights and depopulate our country, and rule over us like a King?

What are your thought on this subject?

Warring: This post is going to be long…

Fifth Amendment - No person shall be held to answer for any capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limp; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Wow! That’s a lot to try to understand! I am having a hard time understanding this one, so I want you to help me explain it.

Before I begin lets define what the words infamous, presentment, indictment, and compensation.

Infamous:

1. notorious: having an extremely bad reputation.

2. abominable: so bad as to earn somebody an extremely bad reputation.

3. criminal law punishable by serious penalty: formerly, punishable by imprisonment or loss of civil rights.

1. presentation: the act of presenting something, or the way in which something is presented.

2. statement by jury: formerly, a formal statement made on oath by a grand jury to a court concerning facts and matters within their own knowledge.

3. commerce presenting of negotiable document: the presenting of a negotiable document for payment.

Indictment:

1. accusation before grand jury: a formal accusation of a serious crime, presented to a grand jury.

2. act of indicting somebody: the act of indicting somebody or the condition of being indicted.

3. statement or fact that accuses: a statement or indication that something is wrong or somebody is to blame a stinging indictment of our prison system.

Compensation:

1. money in payment for loss: an amount of money or something else given to pay for loss, damage, or work done.

2. giving of compensation: the act of giving money or something else to pay for loss, damage, or work done.

3. amends: something that makes amends or makes up for something else one of the compensations of living abroad.

4. psychology behavior that offsets weakness: behavior that emphasizes a particular ability or personality trait in order to make up for a deficiency in another.

Lets being taking apart the Fifth Amendment…

You do NOT have to answer for any crime unless you are in the Grand Jury. But if you committed a crime and you are in the land, Navy, or in the Militia. And you will not be forced to go through the trial again for the same crime if you have done it ones. You can not be deprived of your life, liberty, or property, with out the process of law.
